I am a certified birth and postpartum doula living in Verona, Wisconsin, near Madison. My interest in becoming a doula started while working in a hospital, where I admired how doulas support women during childbirth. I hold an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Rock County, attended the Lutheran Deaconess Program at Concordia University, and studied Spanish at Central College and UW-Eau Claire.

I volunteer in my community, notably as President of the FRIENDS of our local library for the past ten years, and I sew for charities like LINUS and Midwest Missions, providing receiving blankets for newborns in need. My hobbies include quilting, sewing, writing, cross-stitching, reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

I have advocated for women's rights and informed consent in childbirth. I’ve assisted women in various stages of pregnancy and postpartum for many years and have experienced birth myself.

I serve from my heart full of compassion and grace for all my clients. I feel every birthing person deserves support.

As a doula, I offer physical and emotional support, along with evidence-based information, empowering my clients to advocate for themselves during their birth experience.
