2025 Postpartum Packages

#1 Heading Home Package

  • Up to 10 Postpartum hours (Daytime Hours Only)

  • Basic newborn care (bathing instruction, diapering, feeding (if bottle feeding)), breastfeeding support (includes suggestions on setting up a nursing station), light household tasks and lots of emotional support to help you transition into your role as parents!

    *This is typically a drop-in service for 2 hrs per day over the first week. This allows time for parents to feel confident with their new roles, ask questions and get a nap in if needed during those first few days!

  • Also perfect if you have a few days between coming home from the hospital and when relatives can arrive to help!

  • This is a great gift idea for the grandparents to give to the new parents!

  • $ 300

  • #2 Just A Little More Package (Daytime Hours Only)

  • We know you are sailing right along, but maybe want just a little bit more time with the doula? No problem.

  • This package offers Up to 20 hours of Postpartum care:

  • Newborn care, breastfeeding support, meal preparation and light housekeeping.

  • *(In the event of other siblings in the home, this package also offers a session for the parents to discuss how to bring baby’s schedule into the picture (this is very helpful for those breastfeeding the newborn who also have a toddler used to receiving all of Mom’s attention). We can discuss some ways to keep brother or sister occupied by setting up a “spot” for them next to Mom’s nursing station to keep close by.

  • The doula has a whole library of fun activities and books to bring along to entertain big brother or sister while Mom and baby take a rest—just ask!

  • Weather Permitting: If Mom is up to it, this package includes a few walks around the neighborhood with baby and feeling comfortable using the stroller and being out and about.

    #3 The Let’s Get Settled Package (Daytime Hours Only)

  • Designed for those looking for just a tad bit more of Postpartum care.

  • Includes Up to 40 hours of doula support

  • Recommended for those needed extended support with newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, meal preparation, household organization during the Postpartum period.

  • This package also includes a session to suggest to parents what activities they can do outside the home with baby. A trip to the zoo? Grocery store? Mall? The doula can help parents in choosing what is appropriate for clothing, how to pack a ready-for-anything diaper bag and how to react to strangers who “just want to take a look” or ask to hold your baby or give advice while out and about!

  • These hours may be spread over one week, a few days or even a few weeks! No pressure. Going out of town? No worries. Just let us know. We are happy to work around your schedule (with a little notice of course!).

#4 Getting The Hang Of Things Package (Daytime Hours Only)

  • Looking for a longer term contract?

  • This package includes ALL of the above features of #1 and #2 and #3 packages (including the outing) in addition:

  • Up to 60 hours of Postpartum Doula Support!

  • Perfect for those who feel like they have a handle on things, but like the idea there’s someone popping in and out just in case they have some questions.

  • Of course, we will assist with the basics of newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, meal planning and preparing,light housekeeping duties and ongoing emotional support and encouragement. You’re doing great, by the way!

  • Additions to this package:

  • Restaurant Adventure: Every parent needs to know what to do when you take an infant to a restaurant. What do you do with baby when you need to eat? What if baby gets upset? What if baby needs changing? How do I handle good intentions from fellow diners who offer advice and ask to hold the baby? Should I allow strangers to get too close? What if I need to feed (breastfeed) baby while I’m at the restaurant? Lots of questions! Let the doula help you out!

  • A Couple Coffeetime: Go ahead, take a break from baby and let your doula babysit while you and your partner, friend or spouse head out for some coffee. This is also good training for you as new parents. Choosing a caregiver you feel comfortable with while you are out and about allows you to RELAX and enjoy your time together!

  • Again, this package can be split up however you’d like-a few hours each day, week or spread out over a period of time. Just let us know! We’d be happy to work with you!

  • We also offer some other services you may enjoy!

  • Meet The Doula Coffeetime! If you would like to host me to come to your house, I’d be happy to supply the coffee and treats in appreciation. A small group of friends is a great atmosphere to ask all the questions you may have about what a doula does and what a difference hiring one for either Birth OR Postpartum can benefit you as parents! This is free for the host and those attending and guests can expect it to last about 1.5-2 hrs depending on questions.

  • Newborn Care Session $50.00 per session per person/couple together. We will discuss the “basics” and what to expect when you bring baby home and what to expect the first weeks in development. Evidence-based hand-outs will be available for you to take home, plus a little gift from Bump2Baby Doula Service.

  • Meal Preparation Session $40 per person/couple. This will be done at your home, or if your friends have a bigger kitchen and want to host we can use their house! Suggestions will be made for easy freezer meals to make BEFORE baby or during those first few weeks to save time (and money from ordering Doordash every night!) I will email you a questionaire about preferences and allergies ahead of time. Of course, there WILL be samples!

    Terms and Conditions:

  • A $50.00 deposit will be required at the time of booking to discuss hiring Bump2Baby as your Postpartum provider. . This is to hold your appointment on my calendar. If you do not contact me to cancel at least 24 hrs in advance of appointment, the $50.00 will NOT be refunded. Otherwise, the $50 WILL be credited to your invoice at the time of billing.

  • An in-home consultation (following receipt of the $50.00 deposit) will be included to discuss terms and answer questions you may have of the doula and/or to modify or create a package that is more fitting to your personal needs.

  • Payment is accepted via Cash or personal check at this time.

  • You may choose to pay for your package in full, or in two payments. A payment plan agreeable to both Parties shall be made at the time of contract signing.
