Postpartum Packages

I primarily do daytime postpartum hours, but with the right vibe I may consider overnight. Overnight rates are $55 per hour and are billed in 4 hour blocks. (4 or 8 hr shifts available)

*Please note: You do not have to be a birth client of mine to hire me as your postpartum doula.

Postpartum hours may be split into 2 or 3 hour shifts until all hours are used, however once the hours start they need to be used within a 30 day period. If you have a unique situation, please let me know. We can discuss and come up with a plan!

#1 Coming Home Package
12 hours of postpartum support. Includes basic newborn care (bathing, diapering, bottle feeding), breastfeeding counseling, nursing station set-up, light household tasks (no maid services) and emotional support to ease your transition into parenthood. Typically, this service is for 2 hours per day during the first week, giving parents a chance to feel confident, ask questions, and rest. Ideal for gaps between hospital and other family support that may be arriving after coming home from the hospital.

This is a great gift idea for the grandparents to give to the new parents! $480

  • #2 Just A Little More Package

    We know you are sailing right along, but maybe want just a little bit more doula time? No problem whatsoever!

    I am more than happy to assist you!

    This package offers 16 hours of Postpartum care:

    Newborn care, breastfeeding support, meal preparation (I can do shopping) and light housekeeping (no maid services)

    In the event of other siblings in the home, this package also offers a session for the parents to discuss how to bring baby’s schedule into the picture (this is very helpful for those breastfeeding the newborn who also have a toddler used to receiving all of Mom’s attention) We can discuss some ways to keep brother or sister occupied by setting up a “spot” for them next to Mom’s nursing station to keep everyone cozy.

    This is a great package that allows time for parents to spend time with baby while knowing the day-to-day duties are covered and they can rest a bit. $640

  • #3 The Let’s Get Settled Package

    Designed for those looking for just a tad bit more of Postpartum care.

  • Includes 24 hours of doula support

    Recommended for those needed extended support with newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, meal preparation, household organization during the Postpartum period.

    These hours may be spread over one week, a few days or even a few weeks! No pressure. Going out of town? No worries. Just let us know. We are happy to work around your schedule (with a little notice of course!). $960

#4 Getting The Hang Of Things Package

Looking for a longer term contract? This will need to be arranged right at the beginning when you sign your contract. I will need to possibly work around birth clients and teaching childbirth classes but as long as you are agreeable, we can work a plan!

40 hours of Postpartum Doula Support!

Perfect for those who feel like they have a handle on things, but like the idea there’s someone popping in and out just in case they have some questions.

Of course, we will assist with the basics of newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, meal planning and preparing,light housekeeping duties and ongoing emotional support and encouragement. You’re doing great, by the way!

  • Additions to this package:

    Again, this package can be split up however you’d like-a few hours each day, week or spread out over a period of time. Just let us know! We’d be happy to work with you! $1600

  • This is also a package to consider if you are going to be on a wait list at your childcare center. Let me fill in the gap for you. Mom and Dad can relax knowing Baby is at home with his/her doula while they navigate going back to work!
