Getting Started
One the most important tasks I have as a birth and postpartum doula is to provide you with EVIDENCE-BASED information. This means that I will be giving you the most up-to-date facts and figures on everything BABY! I can help you design the ideal birth plan to you to sharing the most up-to-date information about the newest baby equipment out on the market. All you need to do is ask!

Birth Doula Experience
During the prenatal months we will be meeting in person to discuss how your pregnancy is going and how I can help you to be more informed about pain medications, breathing during labor, labor positions and chatting about the birth location and experience you have in mind. We will also discuss proper nutrition, excercise and all things about expecting a baby in 2025!
I will be with you from the time of signing our contract through your first few hours after the birth of your beautiful baby!

Postpartum Experience
After the birth of your baby I can join you at home to help you as you transition into parenthood. Allow me to assist with keeping up with household duties, sibling childcare, meals, grocery shopping and laundry as well as helping you get comfortable with breastfeeding. Together, we can design and set-up up a special breastfeeding station where you and baby can feel extra snuggly while you enjoy all those special bonding hours together.
*The postpartum experience is available the first year of life for a few days or weeks following birth up to a regular schedule every week.
